General Rule
Payment can be done via Paypal, or local Bank (IDN).
I have the right to refuse if I feel uncomfortable with the order requests.
I have the right to make commission results as portofolio with low res file and watermark.
Base price for personal use Only, Commercial use/any vtuber necessities will add 50%-100% from normal price.
Any arts for Vtuber necessities will be treated as commercial use.
Working time can be less than a weeks or longer, depending on out-of-schedule constraints or queues.
Please tell me if you have certain deadline. (rush deadline will get extra charge)
Please don't rush me, you can always ask me for working progress.
Major revision available when in sketch, minor when coloring.
Full payment must be done after sketch approved, no refund.
Refund requests can only be made if there is no progress or news for more than 3 months.
